Bouldering in the South of Munich

Bouldering in Thalkirchen

In our new bouldering hall in Munich Thalkirchen, you can train perfectly on over 1850 square meters and two levels. Our bouldering walls are equipped with approx. 160 boulders for children, beginners and professionals. On the ground floor, hard movers and the DAV squad can let off steam on the steep competition wall; on the lower floor, beginners, families and fans of technical bouldering can enjoy the gently inclined wall areas. For those who like to train in the fresh air, there are approx. 35 weatherproof outdoor boulders on an area of 250 square meters. Since the boulders are the most important quality feature of our hall, the route-building team promises a constant updating and variety of routes with the most modern grip sets. Of course, we screw lighter difficulty levels just as cleverly and thoughtfully as our competition boulders, because we want to offer varied and exciting challenges for boulderers of all levels.

Route construction bouldering hall

Peter Zeidelhack, Federal Teaching Team Route Construction

In our bouldering hall there are approx. 160 boulders distributed over 8 difficulty levels, i.e. approx. 20 boulders per difficulty level. Every year we provide new holds and thus stay up to date with the development of holds. A lot of love and craftsmanship from our route builders, who undergo a training program under the guidance of Peter Zeidenhack (Federal Teaching Team Route Construction) and Ben Hoffmann (Head of Route Construction Verbundklettern), flows into every boulder. Our 10-member route construction team screws about 10 new boulders in all levels of difficulty every week and ensures that you never run out of projects. Our boulders are of course always tested in the team and optimized if necessary. Last but not least, your feedback (under www.tickboard.de) creates top-class boulders for beginners as well as the athletes of the DAV squad, who train with us regularly.
